Case Study – Luxzara, OMR
Total Space – 1500 sqft. The primary goal was to optimize the space to offer a spacious and luxurious environment to the customer with proper demarked areas for hair care, pedicure, manicure and body massage. The space also includes a private quarters for the employees and restrooms with storage areas not intruding into the customer’s space.
Unisex Spa and Beauty Salon
Located at Karapakkam, on the popular Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) near CTS (Cognizant Technology Solutions) we wanted to ensure that the space constraint for the spa does not mean a claustrophobic experience for its customers.
